BERWICK, NS – (April 21, 2022) Maritime Tents Ltd., one of Nova Scotia’s premier tent rental companies announced today the acquisition of Party Central. As part of the transaction, Maritime Tents will maintain Party Central’s identity operating as a division of Maritime Tents. The acquisition includes all of Party Central’s assets including their tents, catering and décor inventory.
