As part of the transaction, Darwin acquires Legault’s trade show and event services, assets, and facilities in Moncton, NB and Halifax, NS.
“The addition of Legault Companies significantly increases our trade show business and is consistent with our approach of viewing this challenging time as an opportunity for dynamic moves that might otherwise not have been possible”, states Darwin Event Group President Matthew Schurman. “The Legault addition supports our strategic goal of creating a stronger, more complete company than we were pre-pandemic.”
